When you contact DLS you may provide your name or company name, email address, phone number, port, required service and operation details. The content of your email may also include information about a vessel, cargo, dates or other operation parameters.
How the contact form works
The contact form uses the website platform: after required fields and consent are validated, data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in the Leads section of the DLS account. The form does not open an email client. No external enquiry recipients are currently connected.
Why the information is used
Information you send to DLS may be used to respond to your enquiry, clarify the requested scope of agency/forwarding/documentation support, and conduct working communication related to the operation you describe.
Operation-related information
If you proceed with an operational assignment, information may need to be exchanged with participants relevant to that assignment, such as port operators, service providers or public authorities. The exact parties depend on the operation and the applicable process. This page does not claim that every enquiry is automatically shared with third parties.
External media and services
The website and forms run on the website platform infrastructure, which processes technical data and enquiries for DLS. Some non-port photography loads from Unsplash image servers: the visitor’s browser connects to that service and transmits standard technical request data. DLS port photographs and brand images are stored on the website platform. Telephone and email links may open applications configured on the visitor’s device.
Storage and access
In the current configuration, enquiries are stored in the website platform’s Leads section for 30 days. Authorized users of the DLS account can access them. No external enquiry recipients are connected. Further retention of DLS working correspondence depends on the operation and the company’s internal rules; no confirmed internal retention schedule has been provided.
Transmission security
Form data is transmitted through the website platform infrastructure over HTTPS. Transmission and storage of messages sent directly by email depend on the email services used by the sender and DLS. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or information that is not needed to review the operational enquiry.
Questions, correction or deletion
For a privacy-related question, correction request or deletion request concerning information you have sent to DLS, contact dls.ua@ukr.net. The request will need enough context to identify the relevant correspondence or operation.
Changes to this policy
